    Shelby was amazing to work with! She helped us navigate WDW at the busiest and most crowded time of year! She helped us plan our days by suggesting we use genie plus to avoid long lines and also showed me how to book individual lightening lanes for rides that had the option available. She was very detail oriented and checked in several times through out our trip to make sure we need anything or have any questions! If we did she was right there to help and had an answer within minutes. Awesome agent

    Shelby was very friendly and easy to work with! She answered all of our questions and did all of the research for us! She really understood what we were looking for! We experienced the most beautiful beaches and had the most exhilarating zip line experience!! This was a trip we will never forget! Thanks Shelby! We will definitely be reaching out in the future!

    Shelby is an amazing Travel Agent! She made Costa Rica a fun, amazing, and exhilarating experience! From recommend most beautiful beaches, the must do activities like zip lining, places to eat, and places to shop. Most definitely will be recommending her and would utilize her great skills again!
