Hayley was the most amazing travel agent for our Disney trip! My kids have been wanting to go to Disney for a long time, but Disney overwhelmed me. We go on vacation yearly and never once did I feel so carefree. I know that is weird for some people to hear, especially in relation to Disney, but she did absolutely everything for us which took all the weight off my shoulders. She got us all the dining reservations I asked for. She booked all our Genie+ rides for us, so I just had to look at my texts to see what ride I was heading to next. The only thing I used my phone for the entire trip was to know where to go next, which was just a quick glance at my phone, and photos of my family. Even my husband who hates crowded places like Disney couldn't believe how immersed in everything we were. We truly felt like VIPs. We originally thought Disney was a one and done thing for our family, but we will be going back just to use Hayley again, and we will use her for any vacation from now on.
