I was bit by the travel bug as I traveled often for work. I really enjoyed visiting new cities and trying local cuisine. I realized I had a knack for planning travel for myself and others. I had an influence on my clients travel for flights, rental car and lodging. I left my job to pursue my other passion, food. Graduating from Le Cordon Bleu I realized what I have been missing with eating out and quickly became a foodie. From there, dining became more of a focal point while planning my family's vacations. Over the last ten years I have since made sure to include out-of-the-way gems at each stay that culminated in incredible culinary experiences. In addition to great food, I make a point when planning vacations to include memorable experiences that the whole family can enjoy, whether it is exploring caves, walking through underground catacombs, ziplining over alligators or visiting a donkey sanctuary.
