    Kylie made the whole experience a 5 star vacation!! We took a 12 day Switzerland/Italy tour and there were 6 different hotel stays and every one was a 5 star hotel. Kylie planned everything from our excursions, train schedules, transportation from airport to hotel. She was an absolute professional.
