    *super-responsive: she responds quickly by email and by phone (even on a Saturday!) with information, guidance, and suggestions
    *super-knowledgeable: she took our family's info (seven people, three generations, myriad interests, tight timeline) and offered several options that fit-the-bill; plus, she shared her "favorites"
    *super-organized: she kept us on track with important deadlines
    *super-friendly: a lovely person to work with on such a big decision
    Next time we have the opportunity to take a cruise, our first call will be to Shari - can't imagine another trip without her guidance and expertise!

    Shari is professional, timely, and dependable! I truly appreciate the I get a quick reply that she's on it or will get on it as soon as possible. That's important to me and acknowledges that she is aware of my interests. She will answer all of my crazy questions with a smile and then goes above and beyond when I come back with more as I try to plan the perfect trip. My friends have liked working with her, too. Whenever I see a "deal" or think about a new trip, the first person I think of is Shari!
