I was drawn into the travel industry in high school, when I received on-the-job training at a local travel agency. From there, my career allowed me to fulfill several different roles — from managing three different agencies to working as a customer service representative for an airline and finally to booking corporate and leisure travel for clients.

Through it all, I discovered that helping people book their dream vacations was my favorite thing to do. I always say, I didn't choose the travel industry. It chose me.

• Cruise vacations — I have personally traveled on three different cruise lines, including Royal Caribbean, Carnival and Holland America. My favorite cruise is the Caribbean cruise, as you can enjoy many luxurious, tropical destinations in one incredible vacation.

• Europe — I have experience with England, Norway, France, Germany and the Netherlands, and I love to discover new destinations.
• Cayman Islands — Having been to Grand Cayman 19 times, I truly know this destination and can provide expert recommendations for my clients.
• Mexico — My clients love to book all-inclusive resort vacations in Puerto Vallarta, Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Riviera Maya and Cozumel. I can match them with a resort that will exceed their expectations.

Throughout my career, I have made industry training a top priority, which has allowed me to become an expert in leisure travel. I am a Carlson Wagonlit Certified Travel Specialist.
