Joan Hogan Scott, founder and owner of Innerlite Travel, was born and raised in the beautiful City by the Sea, Corpus Christi, TX; also known as the “Body of Christ” and has had a love for water and the sight of beautiful beaches since childhood.

As an only child, my imagination was progressive. With dreams of riches and faraway places; I began to read up on and think of the most alluring places to visit. The details of these visits were so well developed, from the mode of transportation, to the accommodations, foods and staff.  Yes, even the things I hoped to do (excursions) while visiting, was thought of.

Soon, my childhood dreams began to fade as the duties and responsibilities of adulthood took root. As a wife, mother of 4, secretary for my church and community active, I was still afforded the opportunities to plan land travels while holding on to the exotic vacations only in my visions.

After years of entrepreneurial ventures, my Outreach group, #ILWBDKzCares, had the pleasure of working with Toni Anderson of Cruises by Toni and founding owner of TAE Travel formerly known as Toni Anderson Enterprises, LLC to plan its first group cruise. During the months of planning and the awesome knowledge shared through Toni’s extensive training, my vision was reactivated and my hope was rebirth!

Becoming an Independent Cruise and Travel Consultant Contractor with TAE, LLC became a reality in March 2015. Teaming up with this dynamic group of Travel Consultants ensured years of combined travel expertise and allows Innerlite Travel to be amongst the very best of leaders in traveling planning.
