For example, I once booked a destination wedding for a bride and groom where — to everyone's horror — the airlines lost their luggage, including the bride's wedding dress. I spent an entire day calling everyone at the airline, in two countries and six cities, until we were finally able to locate the luggage. Then I had it delivered directly to the resort. I was even able to get the bride and groom compensation for the clothes they had to buy while their luggage was missing. Can you imagine if they had booked that trip on their own? They would have had to search for their luggage by themselves, while also preparing for their upcoming nuptials.

I love to book all types of getaways, but I do specialize in Disney vacations. I was raised in a town not far from Orlando, and have visited the Disney parks countless times over the years — as a child, an adult and then taking my own children. I also specialize in booking cruises.
