Hi, 

I'm Zelia "Sally" Pavao. I was born in Pico, Azores and migrated to the USA as a young child. I love to travel and want to share the love of travel with my clients.

I'm passionate about helping others experience their dream vacation. I have been in the travel industry for over 11 years and I love what I do. There is nothing like listening to my travel clients tell me how much they enjoyed their vacation and how they cannot wait to experience another. I listen to what my clients tell me they want to experience and then I go to work to make that experience a reality.

I specialize in honeymoons. I enjoy getting to know these happy couples that are excited about starting their lives together as husband and wife. Typically after all the wedding planning one of the most important things for these couples is to just relax at the beach and sip on a cold beverage and snack on good food.

I also specialize in all-inclusive resorts for adults only and families in Mexico, Dominican Republic, and the Caribbean. There are so many wonderful resorts. You want someone who has either been to that property or has the ability to speak with colleagues who have experienced that resort.

I have traveled to Portugal, Azores, Germany, and Italy. I'm focusing on private small group travel for these areas including Ireland in the Fall 2023.

Each year I visit many destinations and resorts so that I have the knowledge that I need to better make recommendations to my clients. I consider myself very privileged to be able to have such wonderful experiences that I can share with clients.

Each year I have a new destination goal for myself to visit and  learn in-depth about that particular destination. I take pride in the knowledge that I learn and want to pass it on to my clients and colleagues. This is an investment in my travel agency and in my clients.

Each year I attend many seminars, conferences, FAM trips, and any other learning opportunity that I can gain knowledge from so that I can best help my clients.

I have earned specialist recognition on Hawaii, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Viking River Cruises, AMResorts, Karisma Resorts, Sandals Resorts, Marriott Properties and more.

I always look forward to learning more about people and destinations I can send clients to.
