    I am a CTA® Certified Travel Associate. I have earned this prestigious designation from The Travel Institute after completing a rigorous certification program, demonstrating essential industry knowledge and experience and exemplifying the highest standards of professionalism. I have been a travel adviser for 11 years. 

     I'm a lifelong traveler! I visit Europe at least twice a year. My travels have taken me to the Mediterranean, Scandinavia, the Caribbean Islands, Mexico, Greece, Russia, Iceland, and Turkey. I've visited most of the 50 United States, including many of the National Parks, Hawaii, and Alaska, as well as Canada. Chances are, I've been where you'd like to go and my first hand experience will help create the best itinerary and experience for you! 

  Would you like to visit the fairy-tale castles and picturesque towns in Europe and unpack just once? Then an exciting river cruise on the Danube, Rhine, Seine, or Moselle might just be what you're looking for! Skip the floating cities and travel on a warm and welcoming river cruise ship that accommodates less than 200 passengers. 

    Cross the Pond and experience England outside of London. The Cotswold's are calling! Have you kissed the Blarney Stone in Ireland? I have! Are you an Outlander fan? I've visited many of the iconic sites where the series is filmed in Scotland. Wouldn't you just love to vacation in a castle or manor house? I know just the right places!

During our planning on the Internet for our vacation, we were undecided on the results we were getting. We looked at agents and came across Heidi Summers name, so we contacted her. From that time on, she took care of all phases of our vacation. Her suggestions and knowledge from her travels were very valuable. Heidi booked us on a Rockin Britain 8 day/7 night bus tour with CIE, which ended for us in Glasgow, Scotland. We traveled back to London for an additional weeks stay. Arrangements for our hotel, flights and transportation were taken care of by Heidi. Many thanks to Heidi for a job well done beyond our expectations!

The vacation I did not know I needed!

I have worked with Heidi before and she was great but Covid was an entire different experience. Heidi kept us informed about testing (where to go which test was required and more), she sent many updates, she always responds promptly. Very professional from day 1 until the trip is over.

Family Vacation

Heidi was on task as soon as I told her what we wanted. I had never used a travel agent before so
I was inexperienced, but she took care of everything! From booking the room, to making dinner reservations, to checking us in on our flight, to emailing Disney on my behalf when I had questions, Heidi was on point! She even helped me when our flight was canceled and we had to re book. She was out of town in New York City, but still took the time ,to email the airline. That is service! My husband and I are planning a cruise and we will most definitely be calling Heidi to plan and book out trip!

Our All Inclusive Honeymoon

Heidi was wonderful to work with when planning our trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico! We took a belated honeymoon and started our planning process with very little direction. Heidi presented us with several destination options for our price range, as well as the pros and cons for each. In addition to having personal experience traveling to several of the destinations that she shared, Heidi also provided specific feedback for resorts that her clients have relayed to her in the past. From paperwork to flight check-in to fast response time, we had a great experience working with her and will certainly do so in the future!
