Jill helped us plan a wonderful family vacation to Punta Cana! We had given Jill the dates, budget and possible destinations. We also told her we have five children ages 13-23, so we needed a place to entertain a variety of ages. Then, Jill took it from there. She researched and provided to us some options that met our criteria. Jill gave us the details about each location and she quickly answered any questions we had. Once we made our decision on the location, she took care of everything for us. It was so awesome. All we needed to do is make sure we had our passport and transportation to the airport. Jill Vosters is, by far, the best travel agent I have ever worked with! She goes above and beyond to ensure every last detail is taken care of. During my first vacation she booked for me, our party was delayed in Appleton due to weather and missed our only connecting flight, that day, out of Chicago. We were extremely upset because we thought we would miss an entire day in Mexico. We called Jill before we got on the plane from Appleton and explained our situation. By the time we landed in Chicago, she had rebooked our flights, hotel, shuttle service, EVERYTHING so that we were able to extend our trip by a day at NO additional charge to us! We didn't miss out on a day in Cabo and we didn't have to worry about dealing with any of the stress of rebooking. I will only use Jill moving forward. She is the best!

We are finally back safe and sound to Fargo, and I just wanted to e-mail you and give you the rundown on our trip. For starters, Dillon and I cannot thank you enough for everything you did for us and for our group.
