Shelly is extremely responsive to last minute requests, and is great at finding deals. We will continue to work with her, especially for river cruises.

I have booked several trips through Shelly. She is very knowledgeable about the locations she has suggested to me. She has arranged everything from telling me what parking lot to park in to getting me back and forth to the resorts as well as what companies to use for excursions. She has always given me exactly what I have asked for and never pushed me to purchase something I didn't want or couldn't afford. Even though we traveled with a large number of people (we have a large extended family 16 people) they say you can't please everyone all the time - we were all extremely happy and got to do everything we wanted to do. Shelly gave us the name of the people to book our excursions through. It was the time of my life. XENOTES was the best excursion I have ever been on.... Ziplining, cliff diving, kayak, rappelling have NEVER had a bad experience booking through Shelly. We have booked 6 trips through Shelly. I will never use anyone else.
