    Tara has been great the few times my family have used her services - whether for a traveling party of 16, 14 or 2. She's always came through with the last minute changes to our rooms - a few times! Its hard to come across as upbeat in emails, but with Tara's you can almost see the smile on her face as your reading them. There was once or twice she had to let us know that something wasn't possible to do with our trip, but it was always conveyed with a pleasant tone. She sends reminder emails to our group as well as tidbits of information that might be helpful. We've only used her services for our Walt Disney World vacations, but look forward to retirement and using her services a bit more.
