Samantha Ritchie was awesome to work with! She was able to get me on a flight at the last minute with my daughters who had bought their tickets months earlier and I even got to sit next to them! Samantha was also able to get me in the same resort in the adjacent building to my daughters. ALL IN AN HOUR!!! Thank you Samantha!!

Samantha was wonderful! She was very attentive to our needs, responded quickly, was professional, gave great advice and recommendations and put together a great group trip for us.
