This was our first time working with Maureen to book a vacation. After selecting a destination, she presented options for multiple resorts at different price points to choose from. Once we decided, she was able to book the trip with only a $40 deposit and allowed us to pay down our balance at our own desired increments. She also coordinated private transfers to and from the airport. The entire vacation could not have gone more smoothly, but had something gone awry, it was comforting knowing that we could contact Travel Leaders at any time for assistance. We got back less than three weeks ago and have already been in touch with her regarding our next vacation! We highly recommend her services and plan to continue working with her for all future vacations from here on out.
