St. Lucia Island Expert

My wife, Jen, and I met you about this time last year. It was our first time using a travel agency. We booked a trip to Sandals Halcyon in St Lucia. Clare Springer has been assisting us since.

With all the craziness in the world Jen and I made the difficult decision to postpone our trip. Clare is assisting us with that now. I just wanted to tell you that she has been absolutely amazing - from first helping us book our flights in June to now. Honestly, I am not sure I would have been able to navigate through all this confusion right now. Selecting Unlimited Trips is one of the best leisure decisions I have ever made. Working with Clare has been the best customer support experience I have ever had – no exaggeration.

We booked our 30 year anniversary trip with Clare at Unlimited Trips. She was great to work with and was able to advise us on choosing the perfect destination and resort for this trip. We simply had the best time! Thank you so much for your help, communication, suggestions and expertise. We enjoyed all three places and their many differences. Ischia was probably my personal favorite. With that said all three hotels were fantastic (great views, breakfasts and locations). The staff at all three were easy to work with even with the language barrier. All the tours went on without a hitch and when the boat tour in Ischia did not, thank you for responding even when it was the middle of the night for you. I really cannot say enough about the trip.
