I specialize in family vacations to Disney Destinations and Universal Parks & Resorts. I'm also a specialist with SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. I visit the parks and resorts as often as possible as well as attend numerous onsite conferences to ensure I'm providing my clients with the best service possible. I am a CLIA Certified Cruise Counselor and I specialize in both ocean and river cruises. I cruise frequently and complete professional development courses and conferences to ensure I'm as up-to-date as possible on each cruise line. I am an all-inclusive resorts specialist and I have detailed knowledge of countless resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean. I frequently visit as many resorts as I can to ensure I have personal experience and information for my clients. I also hold several specialist certifications with the different all-inclusive resort brands.

I would love to give 1000000 stars!!! Michelle is INCREDIBLE! We also recommend her to all our friends and family for our wedding as many planned on doing the parks and everyone was so pleased.
